2012 Partnership for Education Mother's Day Craft Fair

The West Springfield Partnership for Education is again sponsoring their annual Craft Fair. All proceeds are directed towards community service and scholarship programs. This year's event will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2012.

Registration is limited to crafters only; no commercial vendors (i.e., Avon, Discovery Toys, Tupperware).

LOCATION: This year’s fair will be held INDOORS! in the gymnasium at St. Thomas School, 75 Pine Street (off Route 20), in West Springfield. Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own chairs and tables (8' X 8' space). Electric service is not available.

TIME: Crafters can begin to set up at 7:30 a.m. The fair will be open to patrons from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

FEES & DEADLINES: All fees are non-refundable. Date received is considered to be the postage-stamped date on the envelope. The application deadline is April 27, 2012. Cost per site: $60.00. Checks should be made payable to the West Springfield Partnership for Education.
The Massachusetts Department of Revenue requires all crafters to have tax identification numbers. If you do not have a tax ID number, contact the DOR and they will provide you with one on request. Individuals are responsible for their own taxes.
Due to the large number of vendor requests for specific locations, spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with preference given to crafters who participated in previous years.
After April 27th, the price of a space at the fair will go up to $75 and must be paid in cash only on the day of the fair.
Vendors are also asked to please donate an item from their company at a value of $10 - $25 for the raffle table.

CONFIRMATION: A letter of confirmation will only be sent after April 1st if you include your e-mail address or a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your application. Please also check in with Partnership personnel on the morning of the fair, after 7:30.
